Implication Policy

In accordance with the provisions of article 69.8 of Royal Decree 304/2004, of February 20, which approves the Regulation of pension plans and funds, the Control Commission of Fondloreto Empleo, FP declares that it does not apply a policy of involvement of the Fund as a shareholder, in its investment strategy in shares of companies admitted to trading on regulated markets, located in or operating in a State of the European Union, given the relatively low importance of the pension fund’s investments in these societies, which is justified by the small amount of the Fund’s assets and by the diversification limits of the investments set by the applicable regulations and the declaration of investment principles of the pension fund itself.
